BOILER TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

• External coating of stainless steel (INOX) resistant to ultraviolet rays, impervious to weather conditions.

 

• Heat exchanger innovatively designed for thermosiphon systems, made entirely of UTS steel, to ensure unlimited life and a high heat transfer coefficient.

 

• UST steel water tank with enameling (titanium glass) for unlimited life and high heat coefficient. Their glazing is made of genuine glass alloy from Bayer Germany & Ferro Holland (according to DIN 4753) baked at 830 degrees Celsius. Their metal construction from special steel 1204 V.E.  is ideal in terms of material quality and processing to properly accept the glass coating. The mechanical strength of the vessel is tested at a hydraulic test pressure of 15 atmospheres.

 

• Insulation made of strong high-density polyurethane  that ensures the preservation of water for many hours, its injection is done with an automatic machine of modern new generation technology with the aim of achieving the excellent density (40 to 45 kg/m3) of the material.

 

• Boiler consumption and venting supplies are nickel-plated brass, DIN-reinforced extensions, tightly screwed into internal reinforced sockets to avoid possible corrosion from internal weather conditions. The closed circuit supplies are made of heavy-duty pipe screwed and sealed into internal reinforced sockets.

 

• The rosettes at the supply points are made of stainless steel and not rubber, thus ensuring maximum resistance over time.

 

• The special antifreeze liquid used in the closed circuit enhances the performance of the solar water heater, protects it from frost and prevents the accumulation of salts in the collector pipes. The closed circuit (mantle) where the antifreeze liquid circulates is independent and does not communicate with the water tank.

 

• Anodic protection with a magnesium rod, 4kw electric stainless steel resistance, with an adjustable four-contact safety thermostat with safety valves for absolute economy and safety.

 

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF COLLECTORS

• Specially designed single frame, made of anodized aluminum, ventilation holes, absolute waterproofing!!

• Special unbreakable crystal (TEMPERED LOW-IRON SECURIT) for better absorption of solar radiation, 4.5mm thick, with a transmission coefficient of 98%. Crystals of this type have 400 times more impact and pressure resistance than common glasses.

• Very strong 40kg/m3 stone wool insulation on the back and side walls.

• Collector surface made of selective copper. Copper coated with titanium (TINOX), glued to the copper tubes with LASER technology
